# Admin Dashboard

> Invite and remove users, manage seats, choose AI models, and export usage — all from your account.

The admin dashboard is where enterprise administrators manage their team. It's part of your account at [kipmox.com](https://kipmox.com) — sign in with an admin seat to see it.

## Manage your team

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="Invite a user">
    Enter the person's email and send an invite. They receive a magic link, and once they sign in they're on the Enterprise plan automatically. Choose whether the invite is a **User** seat (gets AI) or an **Admin** seat (management only).
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Revoke a user">
    Remove a user to free up their seat. Their AI access stops immediately; you can re-invite them later.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Re-invite a user">
    Resend a magic link to anyone who hasn't accepted yet — it doesn't use an extra seat.
  </Accordion>
</AccordionGroup>

## Seats & licensing

Your plan includes a set number of **user seats** (developers with AI access) and **admin seats** (management only). The dashboard shows how many of each are used. When user seats are full, inviting another user is blocked until you free a seat or add more — [contact us](https://kipmox.com/#pricing) to expand.

## AI models

Set the **default model** for your team and choose which models users are allowed to select. Changing the default applies to everyone who hasn't picked their own model. See [AI & Data Governance](/enterprise/ai-and-data-governance).

## Usage & reporting

The dashboard shows your team's usage. Export it to **CSV** for reporting, cost allocation, or chargeback.

<Note>
  Admin seats are for management only — they don't consume an AI seat and can't make AI requests. Give teammates who need AI a **User** seat.
